How does ProCene improve Energy Storage?

ProCene turbostratic graphene quite simply has very high thermal conductivity (2200 W/m/K) and Electrical Conductivity: (40,000 - 80,000 Siemens/cm).

This means unparalleled capacity for energy storage, which is being developed by Faradyne Products.

How does ProCene improve Asphalt?

ProCene at 0.65% of the bitumen or about 350 ppm of the total asphalt, showed the most cost-effective improvement with the rutting behavior improved by about 2.5 times with no negative effect on the cracking behavior.

How does ProCene improve Cement?

Cement with 0.03% our graphene showed 88% increase in compressive strength and 53% increase in flexural strength. This will translate to 0.005% of finished concrete.

How does ProCene improve Polymer Reinforcement?

1% ProCene produced a 25% increase in strength and elastic modulus in a 75% carbon fiber reinforced epoxy.

0.05% ProCene increased the strength by 18% and elastic modulus by 21% in their high performance molding compound

How does ProCene improve Marine Paint?

ProCene can be an effective substitute for copper sulfate in marine paints without the environmental issues nor the odor. At a 5% loading of ProCene the paint is totally antifouling. Tests also show that with a small amount Procene added, the paint dries 3.3 times faster.
