How does ProCnano improve a Lithium Ion Battery (LIB)?
Faradyne performed extensive testing of over 2000 charge and discharge cycles using Lithium punched & coins with Graphix into coin cells batteries.
The results obtained showed an improvement of more than 2x the energy storage capacity, and more than 30x the charging rate. Furthermore, the most interesting aspect of the results is that the batteries improve their capacity over time (no decline).
How does ProCene improve Asphalt?
The ProCene at 0.65% of the bitumen or about 350 ppm of the total asphalt, showed the most cost effective improvement with the rutting behavior improved by about 2.5 times with no negative effect on the cracking behavior. The ProCNano showed slightly better rutting behavior but negatively affected the cracking behavior.
How does ProCnano improve Cement?
Initial tests show that a very small amount of ProCNano in a concrete mix significantly increases the concrete's compressive and flexural strength. Faradyne is currently completing additional testing with a leading university.
How does ProCnano improve Polymer Reinforcement?
0.5% ProCNano in polypropylene showed an 80% increase in tensile strength, a 268% increase in elastic modulus, a 340% increase in flexural strength and a 609% increase in flexural modulus.
